Please read these Terms of Use & Privacy Policy before using this mobile application or website and services (all three, collectively, “the Service(s)”) offered by Adventurely. You agree to use caution, common sense, and practice safety when using Adventurely.

This Agreement governs the relationship between ADVENTURELY Ventures Inc (“Adventurely,” “We,” “Us”, “Our,”) and you, the websiite or mobile application user or visitor (whether you become a registered user or not). and/or customers, merchants, and contributors of content (“you”, “your”, “user”, “users”), with respect to your use of the Services. It is important that you read carefully and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By accessing or using our Services, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this agreement. This Terms of Use of Agreement also includes and hereby incorporates our Privacy Policy. You agree to be bound by both agreements/policies and any other policies which shall be updated and incorporated by reference to this agreement with notice being effective as per the date of publication thereof. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) any of our Services offered herein. In other words – stop using ADVENTURELY or do not proceed to use it if you haven’t already.

This Agreement applies to all users of the services, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.

1. Modifications to Terms of Use

ADVENTURELY reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy at any time without further notice. Such revisions are effective immediately after we give notice thereof, which we may do by revising the “Date of Last Revision” date of these Terms of Use or by any other means which provides reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. This Agreement includes and incorporates our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to regularly check to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.

You agree that ADVENTURELY shall not be liable to you for any delay or other damages that might result from any changes to the Terms of Use, if any. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. We expressly reserve the right to remove your profile, information, and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to the Website and/or its other users. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) our services.

2. Eligibility

Use of the services and to become a member of the site is void where prohibited. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the express consent of your parents or legal guardians, but in no event younger than 13 years old, to use the Services. If you do not meet these requirements or, if for any reason, you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, please discontinue using the Services immediately. By agreeing to these terms or by using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Services may require each User seeking to use its services to complete a profile for validation. We reserve the right to decline our services to any User for any reason and without explanation based upon findings in validating the User’s profile. ADVENTURELY cannot prohibit minors from visiting our website or downloading our app and using our services,  and must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase.

3. Creating an Account/ User Profile. In order to use ADVENTURELY, you must sign in using your Facebook login. If you do so, you authorize us to access and use certain Facebook account information, including but not limited to your public Facebook profile and information about Facebook friends you might share in common with other Adventurely users. For more information regarding the information we collect from you and how we use it, please consult our Privacy Policy.

4. Term and Termination. This Agreement remains binding and in full force and effect while you use our Service and/or have an Adventurely account. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have breached this Agreement, or for any other reason, with or without cause, in Our sole discretion. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees for in app purchases. We are not required to disclose, and may be prohibited by law from disclosing, the reason for the termination or suspension of your account. After your account is terminated for any reason, all terms of this Agreement survive such termination, and continue in full force and effect, except for any terms that by their nature expire or are fully satisfied.

5. Personal Use. Our services are for personal use only. Using any of our services or any content from our services for any commercial use, is prohibited. We may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.

6. Access from outside the US

Our services are directed to individuals residing in the United States. We make no representation that our Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Site and/or the provision of any service, program, product, or other offering described thereon to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any such service, program, product, or other offering that we provide.  You agree to the laws and jurisdiction of the United States, and the State of New York as applicable State law, and that we have the sole discretion to choose any forum of law for any court action of competent Jurisdiction in New York. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of New York State in the Country of USA by using our Services.

7. Our Property. ADVENTURELY graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and any other creative work use in our service are copyrights, trademarks or trade dress exclusively of ADVENTUREL in the U.S. and/or other countries. ADVENTURELY’s copyrights, trademarks, and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names or email addresses, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. You agree to not copy, modify, transmit, create any derivative works from, make use of, or reproduce in any way any of our copyrighted material, trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other intellectual property or proprietary information accessible through our Service, without first obtaining our  prior written consent or, if such property is not owned by us, the owner of such intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to not remove, obscure or otherwise alter any proprietary notices appearing on any content, including copyright, trademark and other intellectual property notices

8. Password:

Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify ADVENTURELY of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that ADVENTURELY cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree not to provide your username and password information in combination to any other party other than ADVENTURELY without ADVENTURELY’s express written permission.

9. Registration Information

In consideration of your use of the Services you and any and all prospective registered users:

A. Agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by any registration forms provided

B. Agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Information, and any other information provided to us, to keep it accurate, current and complete;

C. Agree to maintain the security of their password and identification;

D. Agree to be fully responsible for all use of their account and for any actions that take place using their account;

E. Understand that misrepresentation may preclude use of our Services in the future and/or civil and/or legal action against you;

F. Understand that ADVENTURELY does not guarantee any specific results from use of our Services;

G. Consent to being contacted by our team for purposes of seeking feedback to ensure and evaluate the quality of its services; and updates on our news and services; and

H. Ensure that you log out from your account after each use.

I. Agree not to transfer or sell your ADVENTURELY account and User ID to another party. You are responsible for all activity of the account and User ID.

10. Right to Refuse Service:

ADVENTURELY’s services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended ADVENTURELY accounts. ADVENTURELY reserves the right, in ADVENTURELY's sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. ADVENTURELY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

11. Your content

Any content and/or information that you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display or otherwise make available (“post”) on or transmitted through our Service or transmit to other users, including text messages, chat, videos (including streaming videos), photographs, or profile text, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively, “content”), you are solely responsible for. You may not post or transmit any offensive, inaccurate, incomplete, abusive, obscene, profane, threatening, intimidating, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another person or entity’s rights (including intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You represent and warrant that all information that you submit upon creation of your account, including information submitted from your Facebook account, is accurate and truthful and that you will promptly update any information provided by you that subsequently becomes inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or false and you have the right to post the Content on the Services. You agree that we may but are not obligated to monitor or review any content that you or any other user submits. We can delete any content you submit at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, and with no obligation to save your information. We’re not liable for any lost or deleted information or content you provide or transmit through or on our services. You automatically grant ADVENTURELY, its affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non- exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to (i) use, copy, store, perform, display, reproduce, record, play, adapt, modify and distribute any of your Content, (ii) prepare derivative works of your Content or incorporate your Content into other works, and (iii) grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing in any media now known or hereafter created. You represent and warrant that any posting and use of your Content by ADVENTURELY will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

12. Other Users

ADVENTURELY does not control the Content provided by users that is made available on ADVENTURELY. You may find some Content to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. There are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. By using ADVENTURELY, you agree to fully accept such risks and that ADVENTURELY (and ADVENTURELY’s officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, holding company, parent company, joint ventures and employees) is not responsible for any and all acts or omissions of users on ADVENTURELY.

You use and agree to use caution, common sense, and practice safety when communicating on  ADVENTURELY with other users and any plans to meet or connect with users offline in real life.  Users are solely responsible for interactions with other Users. Users must comply with ADVENTURELY’s policies and acknowledge and agree to comply with the laws of the city, county and country in where any resultant meeting occurs. ADVENTURELY can not, will not, and does not supervise or control any user-initiated online or offline gatherings, meetings or the interactions among and between users and other persons or companies. Users are solely responsible for interactions with others. Users understand that ADVENTURELY does not in any way screen its users. All users agree to exercise caution and good judgment in all interactions with others, particularly if meeting offline or in person.

13. Warranties. YOU EXPRESSLY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT: (i) you own or control all rights including all of the intellectual property rights to your user generated content submitted to and through our services (ii) the submission of your user content on or through our Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.  (iii) You agree to pay for any and all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or entity by reason of any User Content submitted by you on or through our Services, and (iv) YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY ADVENTURELY, OUR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND OFFICERS FOR ANY AND ALL CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LIABILITY REGARDING MATERIAL YOU HAVE SUBMITTED WHICH INFRINGES ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS OWNED BY ANOTHER PARTY.

B. No portion of your Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part and you should expect no privacy with respect to your Submissions, except for personally identifiable information that is subject to our privacy policy.

C. You are entirely responsible for all your Submissions for your User profile, including without limitation the consequences of posting or publishing them on our Services publicly.

D. We reserve the right to our sole discretion to decide whether, where, and how a User Profile is presented/available on the Site. We may refuse to post, deliver, modify or otherwise use or take any action with respect to any submission for profile. If we have questions about your submitted content for your profile or lisitng, including without limitation, questions regarding copyright and trademark, we may contact you for further information. We may also remove listing and profiles for any reason and without any liability to you whatsoever without prior notice.

E.  ADVENTURELY may reject, refuse to post, or delete any User Content for any or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of ADVENTURELY violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violates the rights of any person or entity, or harm or threaten the safety of any person or entity. ADVENTURELY assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Website for inappropriate User Content or conduct. If at any time ADVENTURELY chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Website, ADVENTURELY nonetheless assumes no responsibility for User Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate User Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such User Content.

F. You are solely responsible for the User Content that you submit to the Website.

14. Limitation on Liability

ADVENTURELY makes no warranties as to the quality, accuracy, safety or legality of any User Content or member profile. By your use of the site you agree and acknowledge to be solely responsible for the accuracy, substance and veracity of any User Content for your member profile that you submit or transmit through the Website. ADVENTURELY cannot, and does not guarantee or promise any specific results from use of our Services. In no event shall ADVENTURELY, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, licensors or third parties connected with the site or site service be liable for any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any special, incidental, or consequential damages, direct or indirect damages, damages for lost profits, lost business, loss of revenue or loss of use, and any other losses or expenses arising out of or related to any use, whatsoever, of our Services. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, you expressly agree and understand that our entire liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us, for your use of our Services during the term of this Agreement. Further, except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


15. Prohibited content & activity.

The following are examples of the kind of user content that is illegal or prohibited on ADVENTURELY. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending content from our services terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, content that, in the sole discretion of ADVENTURELY:

A. Is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

B. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

C. exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;

D. contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;

E. solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

F. publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;

G. constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

H. constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated Images or links to pirated Images files;

I. involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming,” or “spamming”;

J. contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

K. Furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

L. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;

M. involves commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from ADVENTURELY such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;

N. includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person’s consent;

O. violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or party.

The following are examples of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the site. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

P. criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;

Q. listing, advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or services through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the Website, including without limitation, the listing of counterfeit goods; for sale,
or the sale/listing of any items that have been identified by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) as hazardous to consumers and therefore subject to a recall;

R. circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person in circumventing or modifying any security technology or software that is part of the Website;

S. activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network;

T. covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on any Website page via HTML/CSS or any other means;

U. any automated use of the system, such as, but not limited to, using scripts to submit information or send comments or messages;

V. interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Website or the networks or services connected to the Website;

W. impersonating or attempting to impersonate another Member, person or entity;
X. using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account; using any information obtained from the Website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity, or attempting to do the same;

Y. accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the Website on behalf of that person;


Z. using the Website in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

16. Copyright Infringement Claims.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials and/or listings hosted by ADVENTURELY infringe your copyright (for example, materials or listings posted either by  ADVENTURELY or a user of ADVENTURELY on said user’s profile or sales listing), you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. The notice must include the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or if multiple copyrighted works located on the Site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works); (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow ADVENTURELY to locate the material on the Site; (d) the name, address, telephone number and email address (if available) of the complaining party; (e) a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Additionally, if you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed by ADVENTURELY against you, the DMCA permits you to send ADVENTURELY a counter-notice.

Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.copyright.gov for details. Copyright notices and counter-notices with respect to the Site should be sent to ADVENTURELY  _____   and email:  _______ We suggest that you consult your legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notice. Also, be aware that there can be penalties for false claims under the DMCA.

17. Links to other websites

Our services may contain links and references to websites or mobile applications of others. As such, we may, from time to time, at our sole discretion, add or remove such links. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you, and access to any such websites or mobile applications is at your own risk. You are recommended to review the information provided by third parties (such as, but not limited to, the terms of service of the relevant website) before accessing such websites or mobile applications. We do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to such websites. In no event will we be responsible for the information contained in such websites or mobile applications, their practices or for your use of or inability to use such websites, or transmissions received from such sites. By using our Services, you expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or third-party mobile application. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Services (mobile application or website), and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website or mobile application that you visit.

17. Disclaimers

A. We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate User Content or any other third party content or listing submitted and/or published to our Services, whether made or caused by Users, Members, potential employers, corporate partners or by any of the software, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the operation of our Services.


C. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of user or Member/user communications. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof. We are not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, mobile, and/or phone or mobile phone or otherwise any device whatsover belonging to any user of ADVENTURELY, any Member or any other person related to or resulting from use of ADVENTURELY, viewing, playing or downloading any materials on or from ADVENTURELY. ADVENTURELY is provided “AS ISand, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, we expressly disclaim any warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of ADVENTURELY. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or from or through our Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

18. Indemnity,

You agree to indemnify and hold ADVENTURELY, and its subsidiaries, holding company, parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, employees and corporate or other partners harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of ADVENTURELY (including the submission by you of any User Content) in violation of this Agreement, (b) any other breach of this Agreement by you, (c) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (e) your misrepresentation of information or misrepresentation of ownership of information; misrepresentation of property you are attempting to sell or otherwise assign ownership to; and/or any misrepresentation you make/made on ADVENTURELY.

19. No Agency.

There is no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and us or between us and any other Member or User of ADVENTURELY.

20. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regards to its principles of conflicts of law. You waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to courts and agree that Adventurely has the sole discretion to choose a venue for a Court of competent jurisdiction. ADVENTURELY has the sole and exclusive right to pursue any legal action against you for violation of this agreement by a neutral arbitrator who is a current member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in NY or any other state we so desire at a location to the discretion of ADVENTURELY, and in the event that you initiate litigation against ADVENTURELY, ADVENTURELY has the sole and absolute right to demand, and you agree and immediately comply with having said dispute removed from court litigation to be heard and resolved by a neutral arbitrator in any US jurisdiction we solely desire who is a current member of the AAA, and at a location solely to the discretion of ADVENTURELY. You agree that any Claim against ADVENTURELY must be filed by 1 year after it arose or be forever barred.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful or void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements between us with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicenseable by you except with ADVENTURELY’s prior written consent. ADVENTURELY may freely assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement without your consent. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, and any notices/policies regarding our Services sent to you or posted on any of our Services, all of which have been incorporated herein by this reference, contains the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unlawful, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect unless such deletion materially frustrates the intent of the parties, in which case this Agreement will terminate.

By using Adventurely, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy notice. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our mobile application, website, via mail, telephone, email, in person, or otherwise (“the service”). You expressly consent to the application of this Privacy Policy to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of all your personal information as described.

Subject to all applicable court orders, laws, rules and regulations, Adventurely reserves the right to use your personal information for any purposes that Adventurely may choose, including sharing such information with third parties for purposes such as hosting and maintenance, database storage and management, advertising sales, e-mail marketing, e-commerce functions and credit card/payment processing.

2. Types of information we may collect from you:

a. Publicly available content: Content you provide to us for the site, such as through facebook or otherwise, may be made available to the public in the form of text, photos, likes, comments, lists, reviews, video, etc. This information is distributed to third parties and also displayed on the service.

User Account information: When your account is created on Adventurely, we may store and use your full name, email address, zip code, and other information your provide with your account such as your gender and birth date. If you think that an unauthorized account has been created depicting you or your likeness, you can request its removal by flagging it.

c. Communications: By signing up for an account, you cannot opt out of receiving certain messages from Adventurely that are regarding legal, transactional, or administrative matters. You give Adventurely the right to track your actions in response to any messages you receive from us and/or the service. Messages you send through the service may be saved by us and disclosed in connection with investigations related to the operation and use of the service. We may not deliver messages that seem to contain spam or requests to exchange reviews for compensation or other objectionable conduct. Messages sent/received through the service via SMS text may log phone numbers, phone carriers, and the date(s) they were processed. Phone calls, letters, emails, in person, or any other form of communication with us may be stored by Adventurely as well.

d. Transactions: Information about transactions you make through the service may also be collected which includes your credit/debit card information, name, phone number, address, and email, and another relevant info you give us to process the transaction, and communicate with you about them. This information may be shared with third parties for the same purposes. We’ll only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of them marketing to you if you have agreed to that disclosure. We may choose to use a third party processing system such as Paypal in conjunction with the service or we may have our own internal processing system for transactions. If you submit your credit/debit card numbers we will encrypt that info utilizing industry standards in technology.

f. Contacts: If you want your contacts to join the service you can provide us with their contact information or allow us to access your contacts from your computer, mobile device, or third party sites to enable such.

6. Children: Adventurely is intended for general audiences over 18. If you are under age 18 you must have express involvement and consent from a parent or legal guardian to use Adventurely. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
